Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps and market positioning
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, marketing, and R&D teams
- Produce thought leadership reports and whitepapers on future scenarios
- Build and maintain a global network of innovation partners and academic institutions
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and analysts in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published work in innovation or futurism publications
