Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Scenario' workshops with C-suite executives and academic partners
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through proprietary foresight methodologies
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation human-AI symbiosis systems
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation through data-driven impact projections
- Present strategic visions at global innovation summits (Web Summit, CES, TED)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research in exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi or Horizon Scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot initiatives from concept to market
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
