Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal patterns to forecast market shifts
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients in healthcare, finance, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to build adaptive resilience
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and research teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present foresight insights to investor boards and C-level decision-makers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation consulting or corporate strategy with tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or forespace publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
