- Develop scenario-planning models for market disruptions and competitive landscapes through 2030
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercialization pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Monitor global policy shifts and ethical frameworks impacting tech adoption
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of published research or strategic initiatives in emerging technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
