Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI biotechnology, climate tech, and digital governance
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Facilitate C-level workshops on systemic risk and opportunity forecasting
- Author quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent Nexus at global innovation summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published work on technological or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across public/private sectors
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-impact analysis projects
