Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Design scenario-planning models for global market disruptions
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, product innovation, or tech consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
