Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute forward-looking innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on long-term market evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFI, WFS) strongly preferred
