Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to inform strategic planning for 2026
- Develop future-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate and evaluate disruptive concepts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify competitive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
