Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or transhumanism
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-proofed business models
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, AnyLogic)
- Security clearance for government-level technology assessment projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
