Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for product development and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing future-proof solutions for emerging markets
- Present compelling strategic insights to stakeholders through executive workshops and board presentations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor activities to identify strategic threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives successfully implemented
