Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable business strategies
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and assess their market implications for InnovateX's portfolio
- Design innovation roadmaps that align with company vision and anticipate future customer needs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proof technologies into product development cycles
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to maintain foresight leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
