Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and innovation briefs for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product innovation and market positioning strategies
- Advolve cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and trend-visualization skills
- Experience leading strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning and trend-impact analysis
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
