- Translate complex trends into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and internal innovation blueprints
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-planning focus
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS, CFS) preferred
