Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough products and services
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor emerging technologies and competitive disruptions through continuous research
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
