Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technological, social, and economic trends to inform strategic foresight
- Develop and lead innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight knowledge base
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
