Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for AI-driven personalization systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing adoption
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Collaborate with neuro-engineering teams on brain-computer interface protocols
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget across 3 R&D verticals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech ethics (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Strong background in human-centered design principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI and biotech
