Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology opportunities in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports predicting market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics and sustainable development goals
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready capabilities into organizational DNA
- Curate global futurist networks and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year future scenarios for complex systems
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize multidisciplinary data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
