- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive trends through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop and maintain future scenarios models across technology, climate, and social domains
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech trajectories
- Present executive-ready future insights through data visualizations and narrative frameworks
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercial innovations
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
