- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for 2026+ tech incubation
- Translate future insights into KPI-driven innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products with 5+ years market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics, climate tech, and neurotechnology landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future visions to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, patents, books)
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) preferred
