- Produce executive-grade trend reports and future-state roadmaps
- Champion innovation culture through cross-functional ideation sprints

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation mastery
- Published thought leadership in tech/societal transformation
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP preferred)
