Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or futures research
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend mapping
