Your insights will directly shape our product roadmap, investment strategy, and market positioning for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026+ lens to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and invest in 2026-relevant startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology ecosystems
- Oversee Horizon Lab's annual 'Future State' forecasting symposium
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record predicting tech adoption trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or circular economy
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategy
