Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market expansion
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product development plans
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks to pioneer emerging technologies
- Present executive-level strategic briefings and innovation frameworks to C-suite leadership
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes to anticipate future market constraints
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation management best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 5+ year impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFK, WFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation frameworks implemented in real-world contexts
