Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market projections
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through proof-of-concept initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking across engineering, marketing, and R&D
- Deliver strategic briefings to stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future solutions
- Quantify future market potential and ROI for strategic innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
