Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to future-proof product roadmaps
- Produce trend reports predicting socioeconomic impacts of emerging technologies
- Design ethical innovation governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and horizon scanning
- Track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom AI models)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST guidelines)
