Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and global megatrends impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business adaptation
- Partner with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive-level presentations on future scenarios, disruption risks, and opportunity landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for 2026 implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
