Responsibilities
- Anticipate global technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision

- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives using KPIs
- Champion agile methodologies within strategic planning processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful tech-driven initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks across global enterprises
