Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prototyping emerging technology opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Oversee patent portfolio development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
