- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into strategic planning and risk mitigation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to cultivate organizational innovation culture
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario-planning frameworks for stakeholders
- Drive pilot initiatives for emerging technologies with 5-10 year adoption horizons
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
