Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and roadmaps for product development and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business opportunities
- Present executive-level insights to stakeholders, including C-suite and board members
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies for emerging threats
- Mentor innovation teams and champion future-centric thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, books, keynotes)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
