Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present compelling strategic narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and think tanks
- Design and conduct scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Create quantitative and qualitative innovation impact assessments
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a future-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) required
