You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, develop long-term strategic frameworks, and translate future insights into actionable initiatives that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, socioeconomic shifts, and market disruptors to forecast industry landscapes through 2026+
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts and solutions
- Present compelling future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture cutting-edge insights
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks to identify high-impact opportunities
- Mentor senior stakeholders in strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation challenges
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related field
