Responsibilities

- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making

- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications and represent company at industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused culture
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and systemic thinking
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level influence
- Published research or speaking engagements at global forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
