Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor global disruptors and identify competitive opportunities in emerging markets
- Drive adoption of strategic foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published thought leadership
