Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026

- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses quantifying market disruption potentials
- Advise on organizational transformation initiatives aligned with 2026 workforce realities
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning implementation
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interaction
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP)
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
