Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work and industry evolution
- Partner with R&D to identify emerging technologies requiring strategic investment
- Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation for disruptive scenarios
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
