Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models and product roadmaps
- Monitor global geopolitical and environmental signals affecting long-term strategy
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic initiatives and measuring future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Expertise in data visualization tools and qualitative research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
