Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological and societal projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainability to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build scenario-planning models for global market volatility and regulatory shifts
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and junior strategists
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
