Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, etc.)
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive market shifts and regulatory impacts
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in finance, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for trend forecasting
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, decentralized systems
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Experience working with board-level stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies
