Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product roadmaps and business pivots
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders and innovation teams
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario modeling
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts or strategic frameworks
