Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop quantitative/qualitative future scenarios using AI-powered trend analysis
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients adopting 2026-ready frameworks
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation lab team
- Publish thought leadership in future-focused publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence
- Proven track record of implementing 2020+ trend predictions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and strategic foresight projects
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across global enterprises
