Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Author white papers on emerging technologies and their societal impact
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, or quantum computing
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
