Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Design scenario-planning models for multi-billion-dollar enterprises
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Build innovation pipelines for next-generation products/services
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, environmental, economic) for early warnings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio of 3+ future-strategy implementations
