Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on industry verticals by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration
- Design agile methodologies for rapid adaptation to future disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools and predictive analytics
