- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product launches aligned with emerging market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and experimental thinking
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers that influence C-suite decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging technologies for acquisition
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying transformative technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translations
