- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience managing high-stakes innovation budgets
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or MFMP)
