Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and climate science domains
- Produce scenario-planning models for global market transformations through 2026
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Curate proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics and NLP
- Present strategic narratives to stakeholders including investors and government entities
- Mentor innovation teams in applying futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, TED talks, industry journals)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from trend-driven strategic initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization expertise
