Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce evidence-based scenario planning reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation human-AI interfaces
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism and innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
