Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings
- Identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business value
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/ SFPC) preferred
