Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact assessments across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce strategic briefs for executive decision-making boards
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across organization
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and scenario modeling software
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology adoption
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
